These Terms of Use apply to Saudi Utility Hub at https://www.saudiutilityhub.com/ — its calculators, worksheets, and preparation guides (together, the "Site"). They do not apply to any other website, including official government sites you may reach through an outbound link.
These Terms do not require you to click an "I agree" button or create an account, because the Site has neither. Using a calculator, reading a guide, or downloading a generated PDF means you accept these Terms for that use. Simply loading a page without otherwise using it is not treated here as proof that you have read or agreed to anything — see Section 21 for how mandatory rights are preserved regardless.
Saudi Utility Hub is the name used for this independently operated website. It covers two areas: free Saudi employment, payroll, and HR estimation tools, and Saudi residency, Iqama, and visa preparation guides. The Site does not cover banking, tax, zakat, religious, energy, water, loan, or general financial services.
Saudi Utility Hub is edited by the Saudi Utility Hub Editorial Team, operating from Saudi Arabia. The Site does not currently publish a separate business registration number, VAT number, or physical office address, since it does not sell goods or hold user funds — see our About page for how the Site is run and reviewed.
Everything on the Site is provided for general informational and educational use. Calculators produce estimates built from simplified assumptions about Saudi employment, payroll, and residency rules. Guides provide general preparation information about common government procedures. In every case:
Using the Site does not create a lawyer-client relationship, an accountant-client relationship, a financial-adviser relationship, an immigration-adviser relationship, an employment-consultant relationship, an agency relationship, or a government-service relationship. Saudi Utility Hub is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial adviser, licensed immigration provider, professional firm, employer, government contractor, or official government service.
Calculators use simplified formulas based on our understanding of publicly available Saudi rules at the time each page was last updated. They do not account for every exception, employer-specific policy, contract term, or recent regulatory change. A calculator result is a starting point for your own planning, not a final figure. Before relying on a number for payroll, GOSI, end-of-service, or overtime purposes, confirm it against your employer's payroll department, your written contract, or the relevant official portal.
Iqama, visa, and residency guides describe general preparation steps and commonly required documents based on publicly available official information. Requirements can vary by case, sponsor, nationality, and current government policy, and can change without notice. These guides do not determine eligibility, do not predict an outcome, and do not replace the official portal or your sponsor/employer's process. Always confirm current requirements directly with Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Jawazat, or the relevant Saudi authority before acting.
You are responsible for verifying anything important — a salary figure, a deadline, an eligibility question, a fee, or a legal status — through the relevant official government portal, your employer or payroll department, your contract documentation, or a licensed or qualified professional, before relying on it for a real decision. Mentioning an authority on this site is for reference only and does not imply that authority endorses, reviews, or is affiliated with Saudi Utility Hub.
You may use the Site for personal planning, internal workplace planning, educational comparison, and testing hypothetical scenarios. You may download or print your own generated result, share the Site's URL, and quote a limited excerpt with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Ordinary search-engine indexing, ordinary backlinking, use of accessibility tools, and lawful security research that does not disrupt the Site are all permitted.
You may not use the Site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to it, disrupt its availability, or introduce malware. You may not impersonate Saudi Utility Hub or any government authority, present an unofficial calculator or guide result as a government certificate or official record, or misrepresent an affiliation with Saudi Utility Hub that does not exist. You may not remove attribution and republish a substantial portion of the Site's original content as your own, run automated activity that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site, or use the Site to collect or expose another person's sensitive data. This is not an exhaustive list, and it is not a broad ban on all automated access — ordinary search-engine crawling and indexing is expected and welcome (Section 10).
Search engines are welcome to crawl and index this Site in the ordinary course of operating a search index. Ordinary hyperlinking to any page on the Site is permitted and does not require permission.
Calculator inputs are generally processed in your own browser. The current version of the Site does not intentionally transmit calculator inputs to Saudi Utility Hub — see our Privacy Policy for the full explanation. You should not enter identity numbers, passwords, or other secrets into any calculator field, even though this site does not collect them.
A small number of pages let you generate a PDF locally in your browser — currently the final settlement worksheet, the annual leave calculator, and the family residence preparation checklist. These downloaded files are unofficial estimates or preparation documents, not salary certificates, government records, legal determinations, or official approvals. You may use them for your own personal or internal planning. You retain your own input values and whatever you generate from them; Saudi Utility Hub does not claim ownership of either. Once a PDF is on your device, you are responsible for protecting it — we do not guarantee its security after download.
The Site's original text, visual design, branding, and original code may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Saudi Utility Hub does not claim ownership of public laws, official government rules, statutory formulas, government rates, or plain facts referenced on the Site — those remain what they are, regardless of where they are described. Official documents and any third-party content referenced or linked from the Site remain subject to their own respective rights. Government names, logos, platform names, and trademarks (such as GOSI, Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, or Jawazat) belong to their respective owners; mentioning them is for reference only and does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with Saudi Utility Hub.
You may link to the Site and quote a limited portion with attribution. Republishing a substantial original page, or copying the Site's branding in a way that could mislead visitors, is not permitted without prior authorization from the operator.
The Site may include open-source software components, each governed by its own license. Currently, PDF generation on the Site uses jsPDF version 4.2.1, distributed under the MIT License. jsPDF is a third-party project; Saudi Utility Hub does not own it and only uses it under the terms of its license. The license text is available locally at assets/vendor/jspdf-LICENSE.txt.
References on the Site to Saudi government bodies, systems, or platforms — such as GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Interior, Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, or Jawazat — are made solely to describe or link to the relevant official process. These names and any associated logos or trademarks belong to their respective owners. Saudi Utility Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them.
Some pages link to external sites, including official government portals, for reference. Those sites have their own content, availability, rules, and privacy practices, which Saudi Utility Hub does not control. A link does not imply endorsement of the destination site or its content. Always check that you are on the genuine, full domain of an official portal before entering any sensitive information — Saudi Utility Hub is not responsible for content on a third-party site once you leave this one.
Pages, calculators, and guides may be corrected, updated, paused, or withdrawn at any time, and features may change. Availability is not guaranteed, and no fixed update schedule is promised. We correct errors when we become aware of them. Because the Site does not offer accounts or permanent storage, save any official record you need independently rather than relying on this site to keep it for you.
Analytics is not active in the current code of this Site, and advertising is not currently active either. Calculator inputs are generally processed locally in your browser, and email communications and ordinary hosting requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which controls the detailed explanation of what is and is not processed. This Terms page does not repeat that detail.
The Site does not currently serve advertisements. It is connected to an intended Google AdSense publisher account only through an ads.txt file and a publisher verification meta tag — neither of these serves an ad. Advertising may be added in the future, but only after AdSense approval and appropriate privacy and consent preparation are in place. If that happens, this Terms page and the Privacy Policy will be updated first to describe the actual setup before any advertising is activated.
The Site is provided for general informational use and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or outdated material. No promise is made that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular decision, and we do not guarantee that every official link will always work, since we do not control those destinations. This disclaimer applies to the extent permitted by applicable law — it does not disclaim any statutory warranty or right that the law does not allow to be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by treating an unofficial estimate or general guide as an official determination without independently verifying it through the appropriate official source, your employer, or a qualified professional. You remain responsible for verifying binding figures, deadlines, and status with the appropriate source before relying on them.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or right that applicable law does not allow to be limited, and nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other matter that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. These Terms do not require you to indemnify the operator, do not require arbitration, do not waive your right to bring a class or collective claim, do not waive consumer-protection rights, and do not categorically waive negligence claims.
Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory legal rights or protections that apply to you under the law of your country or region, including consumer-protection and data-protection rights. Where a provision of these Terms would conflict with a right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited, that provision does not apply to the extent of the conflict, and the rest of these Terms remains in effect.
Governing law and forum: Saudi Utility Hub operates from Saudi Arabia. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a single exclusive venue on every visitor worldwide, since the Site is used from many countries. Where a dispute involves a user in Saudi Arabia, Saudi law and the applicable Saudi courts govern to the extent permitted by law. For users elsewhere, the law and forum applicable to a particular matter depend on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of that user's own jurisdiction, which Section 21 above preserves regardless of anything else in these Terms.
We may update these Terms. An updated version will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Where practical, material changes will be highlighted. Changes apply to your use of the Site after the updated Terms are published, subject to applicable law. Because the Site has no accounts, we cannot send individual notice of a change — the version posted here is the current one.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@saudiutilityhub.com. Messages are reviewed as capacity allows, and no response time is guaranteed. See our Contact page for what to include and what never to send.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Saudi Utility Hub regarding use of the Site, and supersede any earlier understanding on the same subject. These Terms will be revisited before the Site introduces user accounts, payments, user submissions, new data processing, or active advertising.
