Why We Built This
Saudi Utility Hub was built to bring practical answers about Saudi employment/payroll and Iqama/visa procedures into one place. Too much of what's available online for these topics is scattered across government portals, outdated forum posts, and conflicting blog articles — some written by people with no direct experience of the processes involved. Every tool on this site exists to answer a real, recurring question that residents and employers in Saudi Arabia actually face.
Who Operates This Site
Saudi Utility Hub is independently operated. It is not a government service, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Saudi government entity — including GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Interior, Absher, or Qiwa. Those names appear on this site only as references to the public rules our tools are built from.
Who's accountable: Saudi Utility Hub is edited by the Saudi Utility Hub Editorial Team, operating from Saudi Arabia. The site does not sell goods, hold user funds, or act as a registered financial or legal service provider, so we have not published a separate business registration number or office address — content decisions and corrections are handled directly by the editorial team at info@saudiutilityhub.com.
What We Cover
Saudi Utility Hub focuses on two core areas for residents, employees, and employers in the Kingdom:
💼 Employment, Payroll & HR — salary, GOSI, end-of-service gratuity, final settlement, working hours & overtime, annual leave, and probation period
🪪 Iqama, Visa & Expatriate Procedures — Iqama expiry and transfer, dependent levy, exit/re-entry, family visit and family residence visas, Muqeem visa checks, and the 5-year resident ID
What "free and no login" means in practice:
✅ Every tool works instantly in your browser — no account, no signup
✅ Calculations run in your browser and are not sent to or stored on our servers
✅ Built around the rules published by GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Absher, and Qiwa
How Our Tools Are Built and Reviewed
Saudi Utility Hub is edited as a single, focused publication rather than a large newsroom, so review is organized by topic rather than by named reviewer:
Employment, Payroll & HR
GOSI · EOS · Salary · Leave · Probation
Built from figures published by GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and the Saudi Labour Law.
Iqama, Visa & Expat Procedures
Visas · Iqama · Residency
Built from information published by Absher, Qiwa, and the relevant Saudi immigration procedures.
Each calculator and guide is built around the rules published by the relevant Saudi authority, and we recheck a page when we become aware of a rate or regulation change — rather than promising a fixed audit calendar we can't guarantee. That is a description of how we build and maintain pages, not a claim that every page has been independently fact-checked against current live government data. Where a page states a specific figure, treat it as our best current understanding, and confirm anything binding with the official source below before you rely on it.
Official Sources We Reference
For anything binding — a payment, a deadline, a legal filing — the official Saudi government source always takes priority over this site. These are the authorities our tools are built from:
Absher · Iqama, visas, and Ministry of Interior services
Calculator Limitations
Please read before relying on any result:
Our calculators use simplified versions of published rules to produce an estimate. They are not government calculators and are not connected to any government system.
They may not account for every individual circumstance, employer policy, or contract term that could change your actual figure.
They do not verify your identity, employment record, or Iqama status against any government database.
Rates and rules can change; a page may lag behind a very recent regulation update.
Saudi Utility Hub does not provide legal, financial, immigration, or government services, and nothing on this site is legal or financial advice.
Corrections Process
We welcome corrections. If you spot an error in a calculation, a broken link, or something that no longer matches the official rule, please tell us using the details below.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Who runs Saudi Utility Hub?
Saudi Utility Hub is an independently operated resource focused on two areas: Saudi employment/payroll/HR tools and Iqama/visa/expatriate procedures. It is not affiliated with any Saudi government entity.
How do you build and check your calculators?
Each tool is built around the rules published by the relevant Saudi authority (GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Absher, and Qiwa) and rechecked when we become aware of a rate or regulation change. This is not the same as an independent, page-by-page fact-check against live government data on a fixed schedule — for anything binding, confirm the figure with the official source directly.
How does Saudi Utility Hub make money?
The site is free to use. It may display advertising, including through Google AdSense, to help cover running costs. Advertising does not influence our calculations or the information we publish.
What should I do if I find an error in a calculator?
Email us at info@saudiutilityhub.com with the tool name, the inputs you used, and what you expected instead. See our Contact page for what to include.
Can I rely on these tools instead of official government sources?
No. Our tools are estimates meant to help you understand and plan. For any binding decision, verify with your employer, bank, or the relevant Saudi authority — GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Absher, Qiwa, or the applicable government portal. Saudi Utility Hub does not provide legal, financial, immigration, or government services.
