What our calculators and guides are, what they are not, and where to confirm anything binding.

Calculators give estimates, not official figures

Every calculator and guide on Saudi Utility Hub is written to help you understand and plan: how much end of service you might receive, what GOSI is deducted, what an iqama renewal could cost your family. The results are estimates built from the rules published by Saudi authorities. They are not a statement of what you are owed or what you must pay.

Your actual figure can differ because of your contract wording, your employer's payroll setup, the exact dates in your records, exemptions that apply to you, or a rule change we haven't reflected yet. Before you sign a settlement, pay a fee, resign or travel, confirm the number with the official source linked on that page or with your employer.

Not legal, financial or immigration advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or immigration advice, and using the site doesn't create any adviser–client relationship. Labour disputes, visa refusals, deportation risk, large financial decisions and anything urgent should go to a qualified professional or the competent authority. For example, labour disputes go to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's dispute services, and residency matters go to Jawazat through Absher.

Not affiliated with any government body

Saudi Utility Hub is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), Qiwa, the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Absher, Muqeem, the General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat), the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Musaned, the Premium Residency Center, the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) or any other authority. Their names appear only so we can tell you where the official rule comes from.

This site can't see your government records. It never asks for your Absher, Qiwa, Nafath or bank login, and it can't check your visa, iqama or GOSI status. If any website or message claiming to be us asks for those details, don't enter them.

How we keep pages accurate

Found something out of date? Email info@saudiutilityhub.com with the page link and what the official source says, and we'll correct it. See our editorial policy for how corrections are handled.

External links and advertising

We link to official government portals and other external sites for your convenience. We don't control their content, availability or privacy practices. The site is funded by advertising through Google AdSense. Ads are shown separately from our content and never change how a calculator works or what a guide says. We don't accept payment to recommend any bank, agency or service. How advertising cookies work is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saudi Utility Hub and its editor are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a calculator result or guide without confirming it with the official source. The full conditions of use are in our Terms of Use.
